Difference between powder in Ampoule and regular powder

1.Dissolution

Freeze-dried powder is a sterile powder, could be easily mixed up with sterile water and full dissolution; the regular powder should dissolute with cosolvent oil and sterilization oil before becoming injections and orals.

2. Storage

Freeze-dried powder usually keep in surrounding with dry,cool,dark, temperature with 36-46 degrees Fahrenheit or 2-6 degrees Centigrade;

Regular powder stored in a cool dry, non-reactive container. free from heat, light, and moisture. confined preservation. Generally stored in a temperature with 8℃ to 20℃.

3. Injection

The micro powder is for water based injection, the powder is ground finer to fit through a smaller gauge needle. The regular powder is for oil based injection and orals.
